This is Britains biggest Honey Farm. You've never seen so many bees. It56 was founded in 1949 and has celebrated 50 years of honey production. Quince Honey farm runs 1500 hives over an area of about 2,500 square miles of Devonshire hills and moors.
Here you can see the honey bee colonies at the heart of the operation where they have taken over modern chimney a postbox as well as other things and traditinal homes in hollow trees and bushes. you can view the complete story of honey production. You can press a button on some of the hives - safety behind glass - and watch the bees at work inside.
After harvesting visitors are able to watch the honey being extracted, filterd and bottled from an ovehead viewing gallery. In the shop you can buy a range of honey products as well as honey based skincare.
