The Museum of London Docklands
This 200 year old warehouse reveals a long history of London as a port from Roman settlement to Docklands regeneration.
All sorts of objects can be found here form whale bones to World War 2 Gas masks. London, Sugar and Slavery reveals the part London played in the slave trade. Some of the top ten things to see here are a Roman amphora, a modle of London Bridge, the mysterious alleys of Salior town and a section of a collum from the docks showing the effect of the intense heat of fires caused by bombings in World War 2.
