Open all year - times vary - Tours run everyday easter to end of october subject to demand.
Health and safety laws prevent children under 2 going on the tour. However there is a soft play area called The Den where they can release their own energy. There is a cafe there too and children parties are welcome.
Connections Cafe is open all day and is wheelchair and family friendly.
The Gift Shop offers uniqe gift ideas and outdoor clothing.
