Come and visit Britains largest collection of steam power which features original working Edwardian 'white knuckle' rides such as the 'Razzle Dazzle', 'Gallopers', 'Chairoplanes' and the Haunted Cottage!
You can also experience the power of Steam locomotives as you take a ride up the hills, or take a wander around the collection of traction engines, tractors and road engines, along with a collection of steam driven barn machinery.
When you have finished looking around, settle down for picnic int he Woodland gardens which are themselves Grade 2 listed, dating back to the 1800s.
Look out for special events throughout the year such as Magic Latern shows, Railway Weekends, Mechanical Organs, Ploughing Engines, classic cars and 'Fairground at Night'
There are also School days, specially aimed at providing an educational experience.
You will find a a Cafe, toilets and gift shop in the education and visitor centre which was funded by the Heritage lottery fund.
Hollycombe Steam collection is a registered Charity owned by the Hollycombe Working Steam Museum Ltd. All the staff work voluntarily.
