Marwell is home to more than 200 species across its 100 acres. There are Amur Tigers, Cheetahs, Leopards, Zebra, Ocelot, Pygmy Hippo Rhino, Penguins, Giraffes and Meerkats amongst others!
Marwell Zoo is a charity dedicated to the conservation of rare species. You will have plenty of opportunity to learn about conversation during your visit.
You may wish to see the park on board the narrow gauge railway, or on board the road train.
The Zoo holds a range of events throughout the year such as keeper encounters, wild theater, wildlife art exhibitions and story telling.
There is a large free car park, refreshment kiosks and a restaurant 'Tree Tops'. There is 'The Ark' gift shop for a souvenir of your visit. Wheelchairs and mobility carts can be hired (Book in advance).
