Pelicans, penguins, parrots and many other types of bird are waiting for you to visit them at Bird World. Dont miss the penguin feeding, which is as you would expect one of the more popular attractions, which is also an opportunity to learn all about them from the keeper. There are live shows where young birds are trained to do natural tricks (as they would in the wild). These shows are given through out every day in the Heron theatre.

Don't miss out on the safari rides, during which you can meet some of the larger birds living at bird world, which includes cranes, eagles, vultures, ostriches and emus. During the ride the keeper will provide running commentry, making this an educational as well as fun experience.There there is the Jenny Wren farm, where you can get close to fram babies - Kids love to stroke and hold some of the baby animals. As well s the other attractions at bird world, you will find underwater world, with mangrove forests, marine exhibits and tropical streams - Watch out for the aligators!
